Affidavit of the elders from Dumchal, Kumachal, and Kanaf Gurab villages regarding Mashhadi Mulla Baba Dumuchali, father of Haj Ramazan Dumuchali, being the only inheritor of Mulla ‘Ali Akbar, his uncle. Request for testimony regarding inheritance
Mirza Muhammad Rahim requests testimony on the following: that four-sixths of a house, located in Sang-i Siyah neighborhood [Shiraz], belonged to the late Hajiyah Khanum Sultan, the daughter of the late Haj Muhammad ‘Ali Sayyid Mirzayi, and her inheritors are Mirza Muhammad Rahim and his sister (on his mother's side), Shams Hajiyah, the daughter of the late Haji Mirza ‘Abd Allah. The house is currently in Mirza Muhammad Rahim's possession. On the margin seven people have testified.
